I never see anyone leg kick Zombies, and I have to wonder why not. I bet a decomposing Zombie couldn’t have a very strong skeleton, and you could drop them pretty easy with a crisp low kick.

This week I was thinking I would share a few things I learned fighting and training along the way myself. I would like to think that even if you’re not a fighter, you can apply most of this in some way.

This is definitely not how I wanted to start my UFC career, it seems my post TUF life has come with no shortage of obstacles.
