Watching the fight now I see that he was more hurt than I thought at the time, but I am always trying to evolve my game and having an opportunity to take someone down and work some ground and pound was also important to me.

After speculation on if this fight would even get televised the UFC has confirmed this fight has moved up to the main card.

Cross your fingers! If all goes well August 8th will be Amir’s long awaited return to the Octagon.

Forrest would say I suck and should quit fighting and kill myself, and Wanderlei would say I’m the best, except for most of the guys he has ever trained with.

I am very sorry if I disappointed anyone. A lot of work by a lot of people went into this. For it to end with something totally out of my control makes it difficult to swallow.
